Tell your congressperson that you want a paper trail for your vote!

Rep. Rush Holt’s (D.-N.J.) Voter Confidence and Increased Accessibility Act, Bill HR 550 would require the use of voter-verified paper record in audits and recounts. HR 550 would also prohibit the use of undisclosed software and wireless communication devices in voting systems.

According to the Congressman "Although we have not yet passed my legislation to require a voter-verified paper trail, we are closer than ever. I now have about half the members of the House as cosponsors, an important step towards passing this legislation."
